Terms & Conditions(General)

When you use, engage or join any of the Dating Moments Pte Ltd (herein referred to as DM) services and/or activities, you have expressly agreed to abide to all the terms & conditions stated by DM.  Here, “You” is referred as the visitors, the clients and/or members of DM.

 

ELIGIBILITY

​

You expressly declare and warrant you are:

 

a) Of a minimum legal age of 21 years old

​

b) Single i.e. unmarried, widowed or divorced (for those who are separated is not eligible to join any of Dating Moments services till the final court order or its equivalent has been granted for the dissolution of the marriage)

​

c)  Mentally and emotionally well

​

d) Not convicted of any crimes in Singapore and/or any other countries

​

e) Not a bankruptcy

 

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

​

a) All information furnished, be it written or verbally must be true and accurate. If you are found to provide any information that is misleading, false or inaccurate, DM has the right to terminate your membership immediately and all your fees will be forfeited

​

b) When information about yourself subsequently is outdated, you shall inform DM of any updates and/or changes

​

c) All information given by members are understood to be accurate, hence DM cannot guarantee all information’s accuracy and would not be held responsible or liable for any inaccuracies

​

CONFIDENTIALITY

​

a) DM is committed to protect your privacy and ensure the confidentiality of all the information you provide

​

b) DM would use your information only for dating purposes and not disclose, sell or/and share your information to any third party or entities without your prior consent

​

c) However, you acknowledge and agree that if required by law, DM has the right to disclose your information to the relevant authorities. Additionally, if someone’s health or safety is being compromised, DM has the sole discretion to disclose your information as requested by a third party to protect the affected one

​

d) During your period of membership with DM, you may be entrusted with other members’ information due to matching purposes. In such cases, you agree not to divulge or disclose any of this information to other third party without prior consent, now or any time in the future

​

CODE OF CONDUCT

​

a) You are to adhere to a proper code of conduct and not to harass, threaten, defame, hurl abuses, not limiting to these, to other members and employees of DM. In the event you infringe this code of conduct, your membership or other services engaged with DM would be suspended or terminated immediately. DM reserves the final right to take legal actions against the offender

​

b) You are to practise your own discretion when interacting with other DM Members or any other participants. You shall be responsible for any information you voluntarily disclose to other members or clients of DM. DM would not be liable for any harm, mishaps, damages or loss as a resultant of your own disclosure

​

c) You are to assume true identity at all times and not impersonate any person or entity

​

ONLINE PAYMENT

​

DM would not be held liable nor responsible for any payments that are rejected due to one’s failure of furnishing the correct details. In addition, DM would not be held liable nor responsible for any loss, liabilities or damages suffered by the user, resulting from a payment system failure of PayPal. PayPal would settle with the user separately on such matters.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

​

You are to assume all risks when using or engaging any of DM Services and/or Events. You are to be responsible for your own safety and well-being.

 

DM would not be held liable nor responsible for any personal injury, wrongful death, loss or damages of any kind that may occur due to usage of any DM Services or/and Events. This may include, but not limiting, the negligence of any parties, which may include DM or its staffs and owners, whether active or passive.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

​

(NOTE:  THE REFUND POLICY STATED IN ANY SIGNED CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN MEMBER/CLIENT AND DATING MOMENTS PTE LTD (herein referred to as DM) WILL BE FINAL AND SHALL SUPERCEDE THIS GENERAL REFUND POLICY.)

 

a) 3 days Cooling Period

 

All DM Contracts have a 3 Calendar days of Cooling Period unless otherwise stated. If you like to cancel your Contract within   3  Calendar days of signing up, please provide us with a written notice for your cancellation request. Cancellation would be made   provided that you have not utilised DM Services in any ways and full refund less the administrative fees would be made to you.

b) Non-refundable & Non-transferable

​

All DM Contracts would be non-refundable & non-transferable after the 3 calendar days cooling period. You are to practise your own  discretion when interacting with other members. You shall be responsible for any information you voluntarily disclose to other members or clients of DM. DM would not be liable for any harm, mishaps, damages or loss as a resultant of your own disclosure.

RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT

​

We value all Clients’ feedbacks and have put in place a system to monitor all comments/feedbacks so as to ensure that appropriate actions are being done to address all your issues.

​

If you have any comments/feedbacks, please feel free to call us or email us.  Once we received your feedbacks, we would respond and try to resolve your issues within 3 working days. For issues that require more time to look into, we would send you a written acknowledgment, indicating the timeframe to resolve the issue. You may be referred to an independent alternative Dispute Resolution Body if you do not agree with the outcome of our resolution.
